David Kerbl, D.O.
I am a Kentuckian by way of Austria. Although I was born across the pond, I spent the bulk of my youth growing up along the muddy banks of the Ohio River valley in a suburb of Cincinnati. Following my undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Kentucky, I began pursing laboratory and clinical research at the University of California, Irvine, before returning to my home state of Kentucky to complete my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at the University of Pikeville. I was drawn to Internal Medicine during medical school as it affords a wide spectrum of practice and clinical knowledge, while also placing a strong emphasis on the humanistic elements of health care. Some of my hobbies include cooking, running, and reading. I am looking forward to hitting the slopes in my free time as well as getting involved in the community. I am excited to start the next chapter of my career by continuing to pursue my passion for delivering excellent health care, while developing lasting relationships with people from all walks of life.
