Yvonne Choe, D.O.
I like the challenge and complexity that internal medicine has to offer. It is a field that requires vast amounts of knowledge to manage complex cases, and I enjoy the intellectual stimulation. Most of all, I like working with people from a variety of cultural, social, and economical backgrounds. I understand the importance of the patient-physician relationship in the management and treatment of the patient. I look forward to the opportunity to provide compassionate care for the patients.
I believe that the RVU/Sky Ridge Internal Medicine Residency program will allow me to take on significant responsibilities, but have the support of the faculty in a friendly environment. I am excited about working in a relatively new program because we can adapt and grow from our challenges and make it better for our peers who follow.
I enjoy the active lifestyle that Colorado has to offer. I played golf competitively for the UCLA Women's Golf team and was the Pac-10 Freshman of the Year. I would love to continue to play on the courses nearby and am excited to take advantage of the beautiful outdoor life of Colorado.
