Carolyn Grachen, D.O.

I am originally from Pittsburgh, PA and attended college at the University of Kentucky. Then, I moved to Missouri for medical school at A.T. Still University Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, before completing my clinical rotations in Arizona. I chose to practice in internal medicine because I like learning about the complex disease processes that are essential in finding a diagnosis and treatment plan that is best for my patients. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with hiking and snowboarding.
